Depollution & Recycling of Motor Vehicles

B. ALLSOP & SONS WITH THE ELV DEPOLLUTION REQUIREMENTS

Depollution & Recycling of Motor Vehicles To conform to current legislations and guidelines regarding the disposal of motor vehicles, B. Allsop & Sons have become a licensed Environmental Agency Authorised Treatment Facility (ATF) ensuring that the de-pollution operations prior to dismantling, recycling or disposal of al vehicles brought to the site, are to the very highest environmental standards.

A requirement of the ELV Regulations is that the last holder of any vehicle de-polluted/dismantled is issued with a D.V.L.A Certificate of Destruction (CoD) and can only be carried out by an Authorised Treatment Facility (ATF). B. Allsop & Sons is authorised to carry out this ELV work and ensures that all vehicles will be treated/disposed of correctly and then finally de-registered by the D.V.L.A.

We are proud to be contracted to recycle vehicles for the Rushcliffe Borough Council and other Authorities in the Midlands and our customer base is growing steadily.

We are committed to continually improving facilities to maximise recycling operations whilst minimising harmful pollutants affecting the environment.
