B. Allsop & Sons Metal Recycling Centre is a family run business established in 1972 by Barry Allsop Senior from a small site in Cropwell Bishop, Nottinghamshire. The company has continued to grow from strength to strength and is now run by Barry Allsop’s two sons Glenn and Barry and his grandsons.

Due to growing demand from our ever increasing customer base we have expanded our business and recently relocated to this massive 3.5 acre site in Langar, Nottingham. The metal recycling centre is situated on Langar Airfield, an ideal location for all capacities and sizes of vehicles. Unlike many other sites this has the advantage of large, dry, concrete surfaces which allow easy access, fast turnaround times and a far cleaner more efficient service.

We are proud to be contracted to recycle vehicles for the Rushcliffe Borough Council and other authorities in the Midlands and our customer base is growing steadily.

We are committed to continually improving facilities to maximise recycling operations whilst minimising harmful pollutants affecting the environment.
